We work together to take direct, industry action to solve the greatest challenges and exploit the biggest opportunities facing Scotland’s hospitality sector, whilst also working with local councils, Governments in Scotland and Westminster to help the sector recover and grow in a time of ever increasing pressures.

Our first, last and only priority is to make a difference, and to support our members, and a Scottish hospitality sector for the benefit of our employees, customers, and our much-loved venues, whilst also promoting the sector as a professional career, with fair work, good pay and conditions.
